Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TaleMail. We want every order to arrive safely and with as little postal drama as possible.
U.S. Shipping
TaleMail currently offers free standard shipping within the United States.
Orders are shipped using USPS or another appropriate U.S. carrier when necessary.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and mailed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. If a product has a different processing timeline, that information will be stated on the product page.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been mailed, estimated USPS delivery is generally:
5-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. USPS delays may occur because of holidays, weather, high seasonal volume, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside TaleMail's control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tale-mail.com if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been mailed.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Delayed Orders
If TaleMail is unable to ship your order within a timeframe we have specifically promised, we will contact you and provide available options, which may include accepting a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside our direct control. However, if your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment when possible.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us at hello@tale-mail.com with your order information and, when possible, photographs of the package and product.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
