The TaleMail name, Mailo character, artwork, illustrations, product designs, written materials, website content, logos, and related creative materials are owned by TaleMail or used with authorization.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a TaleMail product does not transfer ownership of TaleMail intellectual property.
